We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and culinary excellence while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

Supervise and manage all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment. Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their skills in hospitality. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimise waste. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures, to ensure profitability.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership skills, with a focus on developing talent within the team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
