We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of The RiverBar Steakhouse & Grill.
Flexible shifts, Monday to Friday starting at 5 pm, and lunch only on weekends
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations, fostering a positive team environment, and driving the success of the restaurant.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of team morale.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house area in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience in supervising staff effectively.
