We at Dexters Carmarthen, are looking for a vibrant, confident new member for our team. A supervisors role to work along side the managers running the busy shifts, as well as shift running in the managers absence. A strong work ethic along with high standards of service are key requirements for this role. We pride ourselves in our skilled service levels here, and seek the next person to support us in our goals.

People skills, people management, great time keeping, guest awareness are some of strong qualities required for this role.

We run a very busy restaurant, serving meals, high end wines and cocktails 7 days and nights a week with a mixture of long shifts & power shifts, therefore flexibility would also be an advantage.
