Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Le Vacherin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in delivering exceptional table service and providing customers with insights into our diverse food, wine, and cocktail offerings.
Collaborating with the restaurant management team to ensure efficient management of reservations and guest services.
Answering phone calls in a clear and concise manner, accurately recording guest information and reservation details.
Coordinating with guests to guarantee their needs are met promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
Supporting the management in promoting upselling and special promotions to enhance sales revenues.
Participating in regular stock and inventory counts, working closely with the management team to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Supervising Front of House activities to ensure high-quality service standards are upheld.
Assisting in delegating tasks to Front of House staff and ensuring adherence to uniform policies.
Contributing to the enforcement of Company Handbook policies and procedures.
Assisting in maintaining restaurant equipment, records, and compliance with standards.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Previous supervisory experience in a similar upscale dining environment, with exposure to establishments of Michelin Star Award or AA Rosette caliber being advantageous.
A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
A genuine enthusiasm for culinary offerings and beverages, along with a willingness to expand your knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, along with effective verbal, written, and numerical communication skills.
Team-oriented and cooperative qualities that contribute to a harmonious team dynamic.
Energetic, resourceful, enthusiastic, and punctual traits that contribute to a positive work environment.
Eagerness for personal growth and development, as well as the ability to motivate and support your colleagues.
Adaptability to changes and an openness to embrace new concepts and processes.
A positive and friendly demeanor, combined with excellent communication skills.
