to join our Indian restaurant team. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing Floor Manager and Master Chef to deliver an excellent dining experience for both English and Indian customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Take ownership of service standards and team performance
Meet operational and customer service targets from day one
Lead by example with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
Support staff coordination and ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Profile
Must have the
