Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant environment. The shifts are non-negotiable and are Thursday - Monday 9am-5pm. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday's and Wednesday's.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience of working in a busy restaurant at Supervisor level is an advantage, but not a necessity as full training will be given. Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
