Fridays & Saturdays 4:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Saturdays ( Potential earlier starts depending on bookings, we open at 12 midday)

step into a weekend supervisory role
while our current manager goes on sick leave. You'll be joining us at a key moment - and your role will be vital in keeping the momentum going.
You will work
closely with Chef Greg Black
, the owner and Head Chef, who is involved in the day-to-day operations and will be your point of contact for daily coordination.
This role offers an
immediate start
to allow shadowing and training with the current manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate front-of-house staff during busy weekend service
Manage bookings and seating using
ResDiary
Handle payments, calls, walk-ins, customer queries and complaints
Oversee smooth customer flow between the restaurant and karaoke bar
Ensure the rota is covered and staff are performing to expected standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety across both the bus and bar area
Communicate daily with Chef Greg Black and support the delivery of service goals
Deliver an experience that keeps guests coming back
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality supervisory/management roles (ESSENTIAL)
Minimum 3 years' experience
in customer service
A
confident, assertive and outgoing personality

(An outgoing fun personality will definitely be a bonus)
Physically fit - the role involves going up and down stairs and between two locations
Must be assertive
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
Fluent English - spoken and written
Able to start
as soon as possible
and be available for training with the current manager
Desirable (Not Essential)
Driving licence and transport
Experience in Caribbean or fusion dining environments
Bar experience

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant supervisor/management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
Food preparation and an understanding of culinary techniques will be beneficial.
