Hours: 45 - 50 per week (hours are negotiable)

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during shifts. Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation. Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. Support the management team with staff training and development. Assist with rota planning, shift briefings, and performance monitoring. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and reporting. Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent coordination. Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed. Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within hospitality. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach. Friendly, professional manner with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic understanding of cash handling and POS systems. Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
