Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to assist our managment team in daily operations in our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves tranining &supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Top end of hourly rate range is inclusive of Tronc

Duties

Include but are not limited to:



Manage and coordinate restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent service delivery. Opening / closing procedures. Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to optimise productivity. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experience. Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently. .

What we're looking for:



Proven supervisory or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Flexible availability including the Xmas period. Experience in serving customers in a hospitality setting with excellent communication skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively. Familiarity with hospitality management software and POS systems is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential. A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.15-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
