We are recruiting for the exciting role of Restaurant Supervisor, who will assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting the team to deliver outstanding service and a memorable guest experience.

What does the role involve?



We're seeking a proactive team player to help keep our restaurant running smoothly day to day. You'll support both the front and back of house, making sure food and service meet our standards, stock is well managed, and health and safety checks are completed. With a friendly and positive approach, you'll help organise daily tasks, support your colleagues, and ensure every guest enjoys a great experience.

Responsibilities



Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations including opening and closing of the restaurant. Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service. Maintain quality control for all food and drinks served. Weekly stock take and stock rotation. Support with health and safety compliance and sanitation standards. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff. Daily overall planning of front of house team members' duties to be completed and staff break allocation. Administrative duties.

What skills and experience do you need?



Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Experience in restaurant management software (POS). Leadership and organisational abilities. Flexible working pattern.

Contract:

This is a permanent, full-time role.

Salary:

From 13.20 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours:

Working hours and shift pattern to be confirmed via a rota-basis. Will include weekday and weekend working.
