We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service while fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations.
Help to manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise profitability.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised kitchen and dining area.
Experience
Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
