Job Description

As Restaurant Supervisor your role is to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar and function service, supporting the GM manager and FOH team, in keeping the high standards of service .

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and leadership to the team.

Duties

Manage all aspects of bar/ restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high standards of service. Maximise restaurant capacity by turning tables and managing bookings effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the customer areas and bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Mange and monitor customer bookings and enquiries Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as and when needed.
