We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient food production, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Duties
Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve high performance levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Train new staff on hospitality standards, food preparation techniques, and health regulations
Experience
Proven experience in a Supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in restaurant operations is advantageous but not essential.
