Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, maintaining high standards of food safety, and leading a team of hospitality professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for service industry and ability to work independently.

Please note that pay will be dependent on age and experience levels.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate staff members during shifts to ensure smooth operations Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in training new staff members on culinary techniques and safety protocols. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and communication among staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong background in food preparation and production, with knowledge of culinary techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, providing guidance and support as needed. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
