We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the day to day running of the restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Support management in the training and mentoring of staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service.
Support in overseeing food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards.
Support in maintaining inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
Implement and uphold food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus/offers that enhance the dining experience.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the restaurant.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Background in food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate staff
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
