Restaurant upervisor - Join the La Piola Family (Progression to Assistant Manager)
La Piola is a small Italian restaurant with a big heart, and we are looking for a motivated person ready to take their first step into a responsibility role with a clear progression path from Supervisor to Assistant Manager.
Your role:
Support the team and help keep service smooth
Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for guests
Assist with organising the floor and coordinating service
Handle basic supervisory duties
Work closely with management to develop leadership and confidence
Progression Path:
This is a development role.
For the right candidate, the next step after Supervisor is:
Assistant Manager
