We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead the way in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Monday Closed
Tuesday To Friday - 5 pm to 9 pm
Saturday - 12 to 9 pm
Sunday - 4 to 8 pm
The Role:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and inspiring your team to exceed guest expectations. Your experience in fast-paced, customer-focused restaurants like Mowgli, Wagamama, or Nando's will make you an ideal fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent service.
Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and teamwork.
Train and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and manage staff scheduling, ensuring smooth shifts.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role at restaurants such as Mowgli, Wagamama, or Nando's.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine or a willingness to learn about Kerala food.
