Supervising staff. Supervising the restaurant floor. Providing excellent customer care.

The role -

Join our restaurant team and excel as a server, providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious coffee and alcoholic beverages, taking accurate orders, and overall, delivering an outstanding dining experience.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for supporting the manager with the daily operations and management of the restaurant.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Essential:

Good levels of numeracy and literacy Customer service experience Excellent communication skills Previous experience in hospitality industry A background in the catering industry Basic knowledge of food Health & Safety Coffee knowledge Cocktail & Wine Knowledge
