Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food production processes, including preparation and presentation of dishes. Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Oversee staff training in food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients. Implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a team effectively. Background in food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is advantageous but not essential. Excellent leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.
