Mason Belles Kitchen is a family run business in Linlithgow, we have been in Linlithgow for many years, our cosy little restaurant is located just off the high street down the lane and is a warm, inviting and cosy place to dine.
Ever expanding, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Team Leader, this role would suit an already experienced food and beverage worker looking to progress within hospitality, with a passion and flare for wining and dining our customers.
Should you be the successful candidate, your role would be to support the management of the daily running of the restaurant. Ensuring the restaurant is kept clean, tidy and ready to welcome our customers. Ensuring every customer is welcomed as you would in your own home. Bar service and restaurant service experience. Great Customer Service skills.
Our customers expect good service and good food when they visit, you will be provided training to ensure you have the tools you require to complete the tasks and you would be expected to carry these out as instructed.
Dealing with payments, cash handling.
You would be involved in ensuring staff are trained and keeping standards through all team members.
Salary and hours of work will be discussed at interview stage, happy to discuss part time, full time of flexible working hours depending on circumstances.
This role is a front facing and hands on, customer service role, we require you to be presented well and have great customer service skills.
