We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant team leader to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a bustling dining establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and overall guest experience
Lead and motivate the team to ensure high standards of hospitality and service quality
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team environment
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and menu implementation
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment at all times
Assist in developing promotional activities and special events to attract new customers
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary standards
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
Familiarity with barista services or bar management is a plus
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
