About you:
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Team. You would have excellent eye for detail and be proactive in the Restaurant and offer efficient support system to the Senior Managers and Front of House Team. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and professionally
Manage Reservations, seating arrangements, and table service
Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, including stock control, cash handling, and hygiene standards
Provide management support to the Senior Management
Support the team through delivering training that supports their learning and development
Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and ideas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or as a Headwaiter/ess looking for your first Supervisory role with experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a Team
Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Excellent Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
