We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage staff including hiring, training, and supervising team members to foster a positive work environment. Implement effective food production processes while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of menu items. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organisation.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Previous experience in barista services or hotel management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration. A solid understanding of food production processes and kitchen operations.
