Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate an experienced team of supervisors, waiters, and bar staff Ensure excellent customer service at all times Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner Oversee staff training and development Manage daily operations, including rotas, stock, and service standards Drive sales and profitability while maintaining quality and consistency Take pride in achieving and celebrating success with your team
