Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Restaurant Manager
to oversee daily operations within Dormans Bar & The Blind Piglet. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and create a welcoming environment for our guests. Candidates with background in food preparation, culinary arts, and team management are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service. Lead and motivate staff within the front of house team Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
Dormans Bar & The blind Piglet is open Wed - Sun, this role will be 25- 30 hours per week based on rota. Food served 12-4pm Wed & Thurs, 12-6pm at the weekend (Saturday to 8pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
