Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor on a full time basis to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and have leadership skills, paying attention to detail. This role will help ensure that our restaurant delivers outstanding service, maintains high food safety standards, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Oversee aspects of restaurant operations, including greeting guests and serving. Supervise and lead a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Oversee processes to guarantee quality and consistency Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimise waste while ensuring availability of menu items. Implement training for new staff members on hospitality standards, and health regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating effective team management skills. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in bar duties would be advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
