Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires effective leadership, team management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service while fostering a positive work environment. Oversee food service, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards. Delegate Duties amongst the team Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Liaise with the Restaurant and General Managers, provide feedback, and encourage team collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership abilities and be able to supervise teams effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food service Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is advantageous but not essential. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional service experiences. Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
