Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our busy restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence to contribute to our restaurant's success. Applicants MUST be able to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation. Delegate tasks, and oversee team management to optimise productivity. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulatory requirements. Oversee food service processes, ensuring consistent quality Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Lead by example in fostering a positive work environment centred on teamwork and leadership.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong background in food operations. Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety standards. Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Experience in hospitality is essential . Previous barista experience or bar management skills are a plus. Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills.
