The Role
We're hiring an experienced
Restaurant Supervisors
to strengthen our front of house leadership team and provide reliable cover across key service areas.
This is a demanding, hands-on role for someone who can
hit the ground running
. You'll be expected to lead shifts confidently, maintain high standards, and support the team through busy services without needing full training from scratch.
You'll report into the
Restaurant Manager and Cafe Manager
, and work closely with the wider management team to keep services smooth and consistent.
After a period of formal onboarding and sign-off, you may be considered a
key holder
and expected to
close the venue on quieter nights
, ensuring the building is secured and close-down standards are met.
What You'll Do
Run shifts from the floor:
Lead service, set the pace, and make clear decisions in real time.
Keep standards high:
Be the person who notices the details and corrects them early.
Support, direct, and coach the team:
Keep communication sharp and service calm, even under pressure.
Own the guest experience:
Handle feedback confidently and turn issues around quickly.
Manage flow and timing:
Pacing, sections, bookings and walk-ins, and coordinating with the kitchen/bar.
Operate across the venue:
Floor first, with the ability to support bar and cafe when needed.
Close-down responsibility:
Once trained and signed off, close the venue on quieter nights as a key holder, following security, cashing up, and end-of-day procedures.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven supervisory experience
in a hospitality setting.
Background in
high-standard, quality-led restaurants
with strong service expectations.
Confident leading a team on shift, solving problems quickly, and staying composed in busy periods.
High personal standards: organised, clean, consistent, and guest-focused.
Reliable and professional: we need someone who can step in and take responsibility from day one.
