About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth daily operation of our venue. You will support the management team, lead by example on the floor, and ensure our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer care Manage staff rotas and delegate tasks effectively Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Support management with opening/closing duties and cash handling

About You

Proven supervisory experience in a busy hospitality environment (restaurant, bar, hotel, cafe, or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure A proactive, positive, and solution-focused attitude Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
