Responsibilities

Assist daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Help manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while managing costs effectively Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budget management Uphold food safety standards through regular inspections and training of staff on proper food handling practices

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development Background in hospitality with an understanding of customer service excellence Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
