The role

The Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant and the Living Space. Successful candidates will be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused. He or she will keep smiling even on the busiest of days, so that guests only ever experience first-class, flawless service.

What you'll do

Help ensure the continued smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse Deputise for the Restaurant Manager, when required Work with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to improve all aspects of our food service Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company's health and safety policy and procedures
