We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the V.O.T. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food preparation and production. This role requires a hands-on approach to team management, culinary oversight, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and morale.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to improve skills in hospitality and culinary practices.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures, to maximise profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food production is highly desirable.
