Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

You will have oodles of energy and personality and have experience of working in a mid to high end restaurant or hospitality setting.

You will be looking to take the next step to restaurant management and have a festidious eye for detail. You will have plenty of experience within a mid to high end food service environment and have the personality to head up a team and create a positive and lasting impression on our guests.

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both the front and back of house, fostering a positive team environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
