We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service Implement training programmes for new hires focusing on hospitality, food safety, and service excellence Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous
