The Potted Lobster, Abersoch, is a high end casual dining seafood restaurant. We launched in June 2021 to rave reviews and have developed a reputation as one of the area's best restaurants. We have recently been awared two AA rosettes for the second year running.

We're looking for outstanding people to join our team. We believe in creating a positive working environment where people can be themselves, learn, grow and continuously develop their skills. We will be open all year round so the positions we're offering are full time and permanent. Seasonal roles are also available.

The Potted Lobster is known not just for excellent food but the quality of its drinks offering. We're very proud of our wine list and our cocktails are crafted with care and skill. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have cocktail experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food production and service efficiency.
