Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service standards and company policies.
Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
Guest Experience Management:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
Prepare and submit daily reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.
Average hours of 25-30 a week. will be required to be flexible.
