Job Summary

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our patrons by delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Process payments accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling. Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork.
