Restaurant Supervisor
25-35 hours per week (season dependent)
13.50 per hour plus tips
Essential
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail
Track record of managing busy floors, coping with stressful environments and managing situations professionally
Willing to train and supervise staff
Engaging personality and excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable
Knowledge/interest in fine wine and food
Barista trained
Experience of heading a team
Lives locally
