Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experience
Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise front of house team members
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises
Assist in training staff on service protocols and food safety procedures
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferable.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and continue to foster a positive working environment
Restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Experience in food service roles such as serving or barista work
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
