We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties



Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the culinary industry. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales figures, staff performance, and customer feedback.

Experience



Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Culinary experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Previous experience in food production or kitchen environments is beneficial. Familiarity with barista duties or hotel operations can be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
