Duties



supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding food and customer service experiences across all shifts. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure quality standards and safety compliance are met consistently Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency. Conduct staff training sessions focused on food safety, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to develop a high-performing team. Maintain compliance with health regulations, oversee food production processes including catering and banquet services, and uphold cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant environment within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong background in supervising teams Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly. Prior experience with staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift operations effectively.
