We are now looking for a

Restaurant Supervisor

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering the high standards of service that Knockinaam Lodge is renowned for. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager to oversee daily service, lead and motivate the front of house team, and ensure our guests enjoy warm, professional, and attentive hospitality from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising the restaurant team during breakfast, lunch and dinner service Ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently, with attention to detail throughout Supporting the Restaurant Manager with rotas, training, and staff development Leading by example on the floor; welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction Maintaining knowledge of menus and wine lists to confidently assist guests Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and care Assisting with private dining, celebrations, and special events

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous front of house experience Is passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences Has strong communication and leadership skills Thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Can remain calm and professional under pressure Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
