About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy restaurant. Working closely with the management team, you'll lead and inspire the front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service, uphold our high standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team during service. Assist in staff training and development. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Oversee smooth daily operations while maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.

About You

Previous supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. A calm, hands-on approach and confidence in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences.
