Restaurant Supervisor
to join our team in the stunning coastal town ofTenby

Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation Handle guest queries and feedback professionally and positively Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash procedures
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role Confident, friendly, and able to lead a team effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a busy, seasonal hospitality environment Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
