We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee exceptional culinary experiences. Oversee team management, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and service flow. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven restaurant experience with a focus on leadership and team management. Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in food preparation and cooking techniques. Supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience in serving customers with a strong emphasis on hospitality. Kitchen experience that includes familiarity with various cooking methods and equipment. Barista experience is an advantage but not essential.
