Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team, coordinate food production, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Oversee Front of house staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to meet demand. Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for quality ingredients. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal offerings.

Skills



Proven experience in restaurant Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience in supervising staff, including training new employees effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Background in serving or barista experience is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in Restaurant management is beneficial but not essential.
