Bare Grills Smokehouse is on the lookout for a confident, motivated Front of HouseSupervisor to join our Weston team and keep the good vibes and great food rolling.

What We're Looking For:

You're not just passionate about great BBQ and customer service you live for it. You've got that cool under pressure energy and know how to lead by example. When the restaurant's buzzing, you're the calm in the storm, guiding the team and keeping service slick.

Who You Are:

You've got solid experience in hospitality and some leadership or supervisory experience under your belt. You're a people person, confident, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy creating great guest experiences. You know your way around a busy restaurant, from managing bookings and tills to keeping the team motivated, and being able to problem solve on the spot. You've got a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a hands on attitude.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting the front of house team during busy shifts Making sure service runs smoothly and guests leave smiling Handling bookings, online table plans, and any guest queries Cashing up Helping train and motivate team members Working closely with the kitchen to keep communication flowing Keeping standards high across cleanliness, service, and presentation

Availability Rules:

You'll need to be ready to roll evenings, weekends, and public holidays -- BBQ cravings don't take days off!
