We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional hospitality while supervising staff and maintaining high standards and quality service. This position requires a passion for quality service and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
Support bartending operations when needed, ensuring a well-stocked bar area and adherence to licensing laws.
Real Ales experience would be beneficial, however training can be given to the right candidate.
Skills
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge real ales.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with team members and customers.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy atmosphere.
