Our Eve bar restaurant has been relaunched as an Italian trattoria where we deliver professional, anticipatory and fun hospitality.



As a restaurant waiter you will be at the heart of the action - consistently delivering 5hospitality to our guests and helping create memorable moments that brings them back for more.


This position is made for someone who is driven by the need to create memorable experiences each and every day and is passionate about delivering great hospitality in an informal yet professional setting. We expect you to communicate, coordinate and work well with other teammates, managers, and guests. Most of all, we want you to have FUN since you will play a huge role in creating that memorable guest experience!

The Nitty-Gritty:

What exactly you will be doing...


Learn and retain food beverage and menu knowledge Take and deliver food and beverage orders as well as using your knowledge to make reccomendations Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc. Clear tables, carry plates to dishwashing area The Server must execute fabulous guest service consistently Prepare basic, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, iced tea, etc. Enthusiastically describe details of food dishes and beverages at time of delivery to guests Be a team player!

Background must-have:

Current right to work in The United Kingdom High school or equivalent education required. Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a waiter in a full service hospitality establishment
